Royal View is the latest offering from the Auria Senior Living team – a beautifully designed, centrally located, purpose built senior living community on the magnificent Royal Johannesburg and Kensington Golf course in Sandringham.

Royal View opened in February 2023 with the Care and Wellness Centre to open May 2023.

Royal View offers magnificent views over the golf course, and comprises of 122 apartments ranging from one, two and three bedroom apartments, as well as a spectacular penthouse unit. Dining, recreation, entertainment and wellness facilities are available for residents in magnificently designed surroundings.

Apartments

The apartments range from 71m2 to 155m2, with magnificent top floor penthouse units of 272m2 with extensive views.

Serviced Apartments

There will also be smaller assisted living apartments of 52m2 – these are serviced apartments ideal for residents who may require a little more assistance and prefer to be in closer proximity to the convenient services on offer within the community.

Assisted Living

For residents who require some help on a daily basis, our Assisted Living Suites provide a welcome living environment where our Care Team are always close at hand, ready to assist as and when required. Around the clock.
