San Sereno is a continuing care retirement community which offers a truly exceptional lifestyle for the over-70s. My job is to ensure we offer everything you could want in a senior living community: hospitality-style living in beautiful surroundings, a full range of wellness amenities right here, and a diverse programme of stimulating, interesting and social activities to keep residents living their best quality of life.
Our mission at Auria is to support our residents in every aspect of living this life. For my team and I, that might mean offering a little help with the activities of daily living or providing expert care, safety and support to residents experiencing cognitive or physical changes. Through our holistic approach, we focus on giving caring and respectful support to every individual.

Make Yourself at Home
Making yourself at home in San Sereno starts with choosing your spacious 1, 2 or 3 – bedroom residence – garden villa or serviced apartment – along with your preference of colour palette and luxurious fixtures and fittings. Bring your own furniture or have one of our talented interior designers create an elegant oasis of comfort and style that fits your budget.
Garden Villas
Our 168 freestanding garden villas – ranging from 2 to 3-bedrooms – are 120-200m2 in size, with single or double garages, private gardens and patios.
Standard features include underfloor heating in the main bathroom, built-in cupboards with Fineline sliding doors in bedrooms as well as a solar geyser to reduce electricity costs.
Serviced Apartments
Our compact one and two bedroom apartments are conveniently located near the heart of the social , recreational and wellness activities at San Sereno.
These apartments are serviced, and provide stylish, affordable hassle-free living.
Assisted Living
For residents who require some help on a daily basis, our Assisted Living Suites provide a welcome living environment where our Care Team are always close at hand, ready to assist as and when required. Around the clock.

As a continuing care retirement community (“CCRC”) we offer fully independent living, as well as various types of assisted living in one place, ranging from home-based care to supportive care (frail care) and dedicated dementia care.
Independent Living

Assisted Living
The support implied in assisted living ranges from almost complete independence to needing assistance with some or even many of what are termed ‘activities of daily living’ (ADLs).
Frail Care
Our continuum of care approach means that you receive the assistance you need, within a supportive environment that presents the opportunity for an improved quality of life. Frail Care is the prevention or delaying of functional decline in older persons who are in need of assistance.
Dementia Care
Dementia is a very specific requirement and one which requires a unique care environment. This is a general term for diseases and conditions characterised by a decline in memory, problem-solving, language and other thinking skills that affects people’s ability to perform daily tasks.
