September 2018 has seen the opening of the new Dining Room, Bar and Residents Lounge with the Cinema and Workshop not far off the horizon.
The reintroduction of this area certainly has been a milestone not only for the development team but equally for the daily operations.
Our objectives are to enhance the community and social aspects of San Sereno, and the Bar and Lounge moves us one step closer to achieving this goal. The Bar will operate on Thursday & Friday nights as well as Sunday afternoons. The Residents’ Lounge next to the bar will provide complimentary, self-service coffee and tea as we look to create a space where residents may relax, read a book or chat.
The Food and Beverage management team is now in place, with Lisa as Front of House Manager, & Rohan, our Executive Chef. Should you wish to arrange any events at the Bar/Lounge (such as a sports match viewing or other social event) you are welcome to contact us. We would be delighted to host a few Tennis, Rugby, Football or Strictly Come Dancing supporters in the new facilities.
The management and operations of these facilities will evolve over the next few months, based on the requests and feedback from residents, so feel free to share your views with us!
